Are you a Pizza Owl like me? but hate the chain pizza stores that are open late? Late night cravers of pizza rejoice! Save this pizza joint in your back pocket. They are open until 1 in the morning on weekdays, and even later on the weekends. The pie I ordered was great. They listened and didn't miss a beat with my toppings. Tasty slices. Buffalo wings were the dry heat kind, not the saucy kind. I happen to prefer saucy wings but these were good and still hit the spot for me. Not a big deal - everyone's preferences are different. Chicken roll could've had more meat in it, but was ok nonetheless. I ordered for delivery so can't speak to the ambiance. Will say the service was good, they were amazing on the phone, and they came right on time as promised. Glad I found the Pizza Den. FYI TIP This spot is cash only

Bay Ridge pizza .... Damm that's good. Thin crust pie that is soft and crunchy. Tried the white pie and the mozzarella was smooth and tasty as well as the cheese. Not one spot of burnt dough which in my opinion is an art to be able to cook a pie so perfect.

Pizza Den is a classic basic pizza shop. Cash Only, pizza, calzone, spinach rolls, Sicilian squares, etc. No gluten free. Pepsi products. They deliver their own product in addition to working with delivery services. My family gets food here every week, and it's always consistent. This is a super competitive corner, 18th and 86th where the D train 18 Av stop lets out, and Bath Beach meets Bensonhurst. Yet Pizza Den is one of the places that made the cut, and will no doubt remain for as long as they like. Since I can't eat gluten, there's nothing to be ordered from here for me. Chef Luca in Long Island makes gluten free calzones and chicken parm, that kind of stuff. I would love to get a normal sized individual portion like anyone else. Some places throw gf brown rice pasta or a generic gf pizza crust from the foodservice distributor. It diversifies their menu, but it never tastes good and is expensive. So as much as I'd like to order something too, I'd rather wait. maybe they will offer a great homemade gluten free crust someday, delicious and traditional in all other ways, and I will totally get a slice 3x a week. They are open very late.
